"This office has always been top notch in my opinion. Whenever we need to update any of our policies it is done easily and quickly. I just called in to get my windshield replaced due to cracks. Daniel Beck handled starting the claim process and the glass company has already called to schedule the repair the very next day. Below question about the price we pay for insurance I think it is reasonable. State Farm is not the cheapest but I want confidence in my insurance company and this office provides excellent service."

"So I called these folks in December of 2025. I got and approved quotes for 3 properties and Andrew clearly told me that they would take care of notifying Allstate of the change. Over the years the new ins company has always notified the old company. State farm agents did not. I did not notice that I had not received the refund from Allstate until today when Allstate called to RENEW! I called these folks and suddenly its my responsibility to notify the new insurance.... after Andrew (who is conveniently no longer there) told me over and over that they would take care of it. "I have not had State Farm Homeowners Insurance for 2 years. I was ineligible because of claims State Farm paid on my property for the freeze in 2022 and a hailstorm 2024. Claim payments that were more than fair and allowed me to restore my home. Because I moved to Fort Worth and bought a new home I had to wait to be eligible again. The great news is that I didn't have to worry about anything. Izzy did all the follow up and called me as soon as I could come back. 2026 is the year!!!! State Farm gives me more coverage for the same price as my current carrier. I also have my auto, my personal liability, my life insurance and my health supplement with State Farm too.
