"(Edit: added in a name drop for a new thing they helped with at the bottom after this review was originally made.) They really do work hard to do what's best for you. They are very thorough and explain all the options, and while they have recommendations based on what they themselves would want to select for themselves, they don't push you into anything you can't handle financially. In my particular case, taking a brief break of a couple months from my term life insurance before renewing will allow me to resubmit it at that later date for a lower rate than I would get if I were to renew right away once my current term expires, as well as get double the term length and potential payout due to my particular circumstances. It's the best option tailored for me and my personal situation, and they took the time to help me figure it out. I'll miss my previous agent, whom retired I think, she was fantastic in this respect! This newer agent replacing her is hot on her tail in high quality so far! I've only had a brief experience with her this first time, but she is also quite fantastic at this as well! Keep up the great work! Ashley Graham is a champ! She's that new person I mentioned in the earlier review. She's fantastic! Extremely helpful, nice, understanding, she's the whole insurance bundle package! Boss, seriously consider giving her a) a raise, b) bonus, c) corner office, d) day off that's paid, or e) all of the above. Incredibly helpful with figuring out an old situation that never got finished on the customer service call center side of things, she's helped me get wrapped up and handled!"
